The NordMedia 2021 conference call for abstracts is now out and will open for submissions in January 2021. The biennial conference will take place 18 – 20 August 2021 at the University of Iceland in Reykjavík. The theme of NordMedia21 is Crisis and resilience: Nordic media research on the frontline. A pre-conference for PhD-students takes place on 17 August, the day before the main conference.

The deadline for abstracts is set to 19 February 2021, and submissions will open in January. More information will be available on the NordMedia2021 conference site in early January.
All abstracts for the main conference should be addressed to a specific division or temporary working group (TWG). The upcoming conference in Reykjavik has 11 divisions and 4 TWGs:
