The theme of the Nordic Working Life Conference (NWLC) 2020 is the changing nature of Nordic working life, labour markets, industrial relations and employment relationships. The conference addresses among other things the history, evolution and sustainability of the Nordic models, the similarities and differences between the Nordic countries, how current challenges are handled and working life is transforming in the Nordic countries.
