At JIBS we work in an international environment and maintain both national and international networks. Teaching is performed in English, mostly on campus and distributed over the academic year.

All faculty at JIBS are encouraged to engage in research, apply for externally funded research grants, and engage with business and society at large. Our research is to a large extent conducted within our three research centres:

Centre for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO) 
Centre for Entrepreneurship and Spatial Economics (CEnSE) 
Media, Management and Transformation Centre (MMTC) 

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with experience in education, research and outreach activities in different areas of marketing. The candidates must be able to teach and lead courses in international marketing, digital marketing and brand management, preferably supported by their own research. Practical experience relevant for these fields of research, is a merit.

The selection process will place great value on applicants’ suitability for the position and JIBS, including flexibility; communication skills; quality awareness and ability to collaborate and build relationships with students, colleagues and external stakeholders. The holder of a position at JIBS must be able to position their present or aspired research orientation within JIBS focus areas.

Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement and it is considered a merit if you know any of the Nordic languages.

Information

The positions are full-time and permanent. The employments start 1 January 2023 or earlier. Collective agreements and individual salary setting are applicable.
