Anna Maria Jönsson, Professor

Anna Maria Jönsson is Professor of Media and Communication Studies at Södertörn University, Stockholm/Sweden. Jönsson has extensive experience in interdisciplinary research about environmental communication with a particular focus on journalism, as well as public participation in media (and recently mainly the challenges and perspectives of digital media and new forms of citizen engagement). Jönsson also has wide experience of research about media structure and politics. She is also an active member in other national and international media research organizations and networks.
