About

I am a versatile Communication Professional, interested in various aspects of interpersonal and organizational communication in the changing working life. I strongly believe that social interaction operates as the foundation on which well-being and success are based on.

In my work as a Leading Communications Consultant at Brunnen Communications, I am putting my passion into practice and supporting the learning and flourishing of human beings and organizations. My heart beats especially for strategic communications, employee relations, leadership communications, crisis communications, and interaction skills. To cut a long story short, I help organizations to create clear goals for communication, develop their communication competence, and achieve better results.

In my heart, I am always a researcher. I have worked 12 years as a Researcher at the Department of Communication, University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and nowadays I continue my research work as an Adjunct Professor (Title of Docent) of Communication Studies at the School of Marketing and Communication, University of Vaasa, Finland.
