I have a doctoral degree in media and journalism. In my dissertation, titteled When women have to apologize... Mediated Scandals, Female Politicians and Rhetorical Defence Strategies, I have analyzed the defence strategies of eight female politicians/trade union leaders when caught in a political scandal.
