I am a PhD Candidate in Film Studies at the University of Gothenburg. My PhD research project focuses on cinematic temporalities and representations of urban space. The project categorises contemporary films that use slow aesthetics to examine urban inequalities, and conceptualises their presentation of time, sound, and vision.
