Currently, working as an assistant professor in the School of Media Studies and Humanities at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, India. She worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Manipal University Jaipur, Jaipur, India, from 30th Nov. 2022 to 4th Aug. 2023. She defended her doctoral thesis at the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, Tezpur University, Assam, India, in 2023. She completed a project titled “An exploratory study of contemporary Estonian animation films through the semiotics of Yuri Lotman” at Tallinn University from 11-09-2021 to 11-02-2022, which is funded by the Education and Youth Board of the Republic of Estonia under the programme of the Academic Studies of Estonian Language and Culture Abroad (the E.K.K.A.V. programme). She was a visiting doctoral student at Tallinn University, Estonia, from 1st-11-2019 to 31st-01-2021, under the Dora Plus mobility grant, funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
