Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of sociology (2015). He completed a master's degree in Journalism and Social Communication (Jagiellonian University, 2009) and postgraduate studies in Online Marketing (J. Tischner European University, 2010). Author, co-author and editor - according to the Expertus database - of 99 scientific publications - monographs, scientific articles, reports and reviews, including several from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Author of 103 entries related to media, social communication, economics, history and modernization in national and foreign dictionaries, encyclopedias and lexicons. Co-organizer of 2 international congresses and 41 scientific conferences. Participant in over 90 academic conferences organized by leading universities and educational institutions on four continents.
Editorial board member and reviewer for leading academic journals in Poland and abroad. Member of project teams implemented as part of the programs “Szlakami niepodległej” (Following the Paths of Independence), “Doskonała Nauka” (Excellent Science), “Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych” (Development of Scientific Journals), “Wsparcie Czasopism Naukowych” (Support for Scientific Journals), “Społeczna Odpowiedzialność Nauki” (Social Responsibility in Science), “Interreg”, “Nauka dla Społeczeństwa” (Science for Society) and “Narodowy Program Rozwoju Humanistyki” (National Program for the Development of Humanities). He completed research internships at leading research institutions in Poland, including Jagiellonian University (2022), and abroad, including the University of Bologna (2016), Comenius University (2018) and the University of Vienna (2017).
In terms of organizational activities, he served as the International Coordinator of the Institute of Sociology (2013-2017), Chairman of the Program Council of Feniks.fm - the Academic Radio of the University of Rzeszów (2013-2020), and Vice-Dean for Promotion of the Faculty of Sociology and History (2017-2019). In the years 2019-2024, he held the position of Plenipotentiary of the Vice-Rector of the College of Humanities for Organization and International Cooperation. In the years 2016-2019, he was a member of the Council of the Institute of Sociology, and since 2019, he has been a member of the Council of the Institute of History at the University of Rzeszów. From 2016 to 2020, member of the Appeals Disciplinary Committee for Students, from 2020 to 2024 member of the Senate Committee for Statute and Development, from 2024 member of the Senate Committee for Science. From 2020 to 2025, member of the Promotion Team of the College of Humanities at the University of Rzeszów. Twice (2021, 2022) winner of the University of Rzeszów Student Laurel in the “Friend of the Student” category.
Winner of the Education Poll of the Nowiny Daily in the category of Academic Teacher of the Year (2024).
Member of the Polish Society for Economic History and the Polish Society for Social Communication.

history of communication and media, sociology of media, sociology of the Internet, media systems in Poland and worldwide, theory and practice of propaganda, social and cultural impact of media, media marketing.
