Sandra Simonsen, D.S.Sc.

Sandra Simonsen is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Media and Journalism Studies at Aarhus University. She is also affiliated with the Center for Cultural Sociology at Yale University as a postdoctoral researcher. She is interested in the collective contestation of politically polarizing topics, such as climate change and migration, in media texts and political communication, as well as how digitalization and (G)AI influence these discussions. She employs a combination of digital, qualitative, and quantitative methods in her research.
