My key research interests are technology mediated communication and learning, embodied cognition, neural foundations of learning and memory, Arctic and Indigenous pedagogical approaches together with social learning. The subject of my doctoral research involved different writing modalities, memory retrieval and embodied cognition. My minor subjects and areas of interest are information and communication technologies in teaching and learning, cognitive neuroscience, philosophy and policy research, ethics and Modern Greek philology. I am also interested in film and cinema studies.
