About

I am a Swedish computational journalism Doctoral Researcher at the Surrey Institute for People-Centred AI (UK). My research combines advanced text mining, machine learning, and causal inference to map spatial variations in news coverage and measure the impact of ownership patterns on media diversity. I have previously researched Swedish media. Outside of academia, I work as the primary researcher for the Public Interest News Foundation local news map project.
