The conference addresses academics and practitioners from various disciplines who are researching the use of AI and its impact on European corporate communication. We are looking for contributions that critically examine the influence of generative AI on work processes, customer relationships, services, products and professional roles, as well as discuss the emergence of new communication skills and political responses to related phenomena. Interdisciplinary and (cultural) comparative perspectives are particularly welcome.
