My main research interests are rhetoric, political communication and public debate. My research examines public debate in various media genres and platforms, such as social media, television debates, and opinion pages of the news media.
I am currently working as a postdoctoral fellow with the project “Living with climate change: motivation and action for lifestyle change” (CLIMLIFE), led by Kjersti Fløttum. Here, I examine how youth and young adults deal with climate change rhetorically through participation in the public sphere.
