To mark its 50th anniversary, the Conservatoire du littoral—a French public institution dedicated to the protection of coastal natural areas in France and internationally—is launching the Echoes of the Shores Journalism Award. Led by the Europe & International Delegation, this call for contributions is open to journalists, media professionals, and students.
This award celebrates stories of coastal nature conservation around the world, threw various formats: photography, video, written articles, and audio productions.
ð The call for contributions is open until May 19, 2025 (18:00 UTC+2, Paris).
ð Five winners will be selected by international juries, including a special award for students. They will have the opportunity to take part in an international mission dedicated to coastal conservation.
The selected contributions will be highlighted online within our international networks and as part of the Conservatoire du littoral’s 50th-anniversary celebrations!
We invite you to submit your contributions and to share this call within your network of students, journalists, photographers, filmmakers, and anyone else who may be interested.
