We have recently discovered an error in the registration process for the NordMedia25 conference. Unfortunately, the early bird registration fee was incorrectly charged at a lower amount than the official listed price due to a system confusion with another conference.
As a result, SDU will be issuing an additional invoice to cover the remaining balance. Some of you may have already received the invoice. Given the recent increase in online scams, we understand that this may have caused concern and uncertainty about the legitimacy of the invoice. We would like to reassure you that the invoice is correct and issued by SDU to rectify the payment discrepancy.
The official registration fees are as follows, as listed on the conference website since the CFP:
Early Bird
- Ordinary participants: DKK 3,250 (incl. VAT and meals)
- PhD students and emeritus: DKK 2,000 (incl. VAT and meals)
Late Fee
- Ordinary participants: DKK 3,800 (incl. VAT and meals)
- PhD students and emeritus: DKK 2,550 (incl. VAT and meals)
