The aim is to encourage a critical reading of how power is distributed, negotiated and exercised in the processes of
information production, circulation and reception. In this context, platforms, algorithms, political actors, content
creators, metrics and emerging technologies cease to be merely elements of the media system and are instead analysed as active agents in shaping informational visibility, authority and legitimacy.
With this in mind, submissions should address cyberjournalism, with a particular focus on this edition’s theme,
“Journalism, Influence and Power”
