We are pleased to invite you to the official launch of the second phase of the Nordic Observatory for Digital Media and Information Disorder, NORDIS, on November 18, from 08:30 to 12:30 in Copenhagen.
NORDIS is a consortium that gathers researchers and fact-checkers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark to combat disinformation across the Nordic countries. NORDIS is one of 14 EDMO hubs covering all EU member states.
At the launch conference, you will hear from a wide range of stakeholders and researchers who will share their insights and experiences related to disinformation in the context of both the EU and US elections. You will also learn more about how NORDIS will work to combat the spread of disinformation through fact-checking, developing new technological solutions, and creating and distributing media literacy materials.
The conference will be held at Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX), Amagerfælledvej 190, 2300 Copenhagen S.
