About

Greetings! I'm Olli, an enthusiastic Master in Media Practices student at Volda University College (HVO), Norway. I'm multilingual, native in both Swedish and Finnish, and fluent in English and Norwegian. My academic journey has spanned a wide array of subjects, encompassing Media Production, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Design, Mass Communication, and Media Research. I proudly hold a B.A. in Culture and Arts, with a specialization in Film and Media Production (Producer) from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, Helsinki, earned in 2020. In 2018, I engaged in an exchange program at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, The Netherlands, where I delved into the study of Medialism and the creation of Short Films.

On the professional front, I hold an extensive 8-year background in Media Production, my diverse roles range from being an independent Documentary Producer and Director, a dynamic Junior Project Manager crafting commercials in Lofoten, to serving as a 2nd/3rd Assistant Director in various feature films and TV series. I've also contributed my skills as a live Broadcast Assistant Director at YLE News and Current Affairs in Finland. Specializing in Media Production, I bring unwavering dedication and a global perspective to every team I join.
