16:9 Filmtidskrift is a Danish peer-reviewed journal of film studies. The journal publishes articles in Danish, with a few selected works in English.
Aims and scope: “16:9 is an independent Danish magazine for film studies with an academic approach. We wish to combine the well-written with the original, and this way we intend to examine film on its own premises. Even if you can find us online, we have the ambition to be a ‘real’ journal with long, in-depth articles and steady headings.”
